I got Quebec efile error code HB0470. How do I resolve the error?
To resolve Quebec efile error HB0470, you must:
- Enter the keyword TaxAdjOVQ, choose the option Other, and
enter the amount that appears in box N of the RL-5 slip.
- Within the keyword T-Slip, remove the amount entered in the keyword TAX-ADJUST under the option
T5007 / RL-5.
- Recalculate and retransmit the return.
